Over the Tapas provides the highest food quality and value for customers, while also supporting our community. Wherever possible, ingredients are locally sourced. Over the Tapas’ own Bozeman ranch provides the restaurant with abundant seasonal produce, including fresh eggs, as well as beef from our certified Highland Cattle. Traditional garden beds and greenhouses are supplemented with aeroponic Bozeman Tower Gardens to extend our growing season and production.
